Planning Stage Services

Prices will start at £900 (excluding VAT) for a planning package for small projects and it includes a site survey.

Construction / Building Control Stage Services

• Building Regulations drawing packs

• Construction detail drawings (walls, floors, roofs, insulation, stairs)

• Drainage layouts

• Indicative Structural arrangement drawings (with or without SE input)

• Specification notes and key construction guidance

• Builder-ready drawing sets

• Coordination with Structural Engineer (if needed)

• Building Control submission support

Prices will start at £900 (excluding VAT) for a Building Regs package for small projects and it includes a site survey.
