Prices will start at around £900 (excluding VAT) for a planning package for small projects and it includes a site survey.

• ✅ Building Regulations drawing packs

• ✅ Construction detail drawings (walls, floors, roofs, insulation, stairs)

• ✅ Drainage layouts

• ✅ Indicative Structural arrangement drawings (with or without SE input)

• ✅ Specification notes and key construction guidance

• ✅ Builder-ready drawing sets

• ✅ Coordination with Structural Engineer (if needed)

• ✅ Building Control submission support
